GDPR Settings

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a major regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It aims primarily to give control back to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.

To activate GDPR, you need to click on the “Admin” option on the left side of the screen.

You need to now click on to the Other Tab and select the GDPR option

 

 

Once you clcik on to the GDPR, you will get redirect to the GDPR screen. Once you enable this option, the system will take care of necessary information and actions which are necessary for GDPR Compliance like candidate consent, candidate rights, etc

Enable GDPR Compliance

Set flag to ON to enable GDPR Compliance and select consent period from the drop-down to set for the Applicant/Candidate as per your requirement. By default, it will be selected for 3 months.

 


 

Notify User On Expiry Of GDPR

Set flag to ON to get notified by the system whenever the consent request of the applicant/candidate will expire.

 


 

Acceptance Of GDPR Terms and Condition for Applicant/Candidate

Set flag to ON to compulsorily take consent from applicant/candidate before submission of application for the Terms and Conditions agreement that includes the terms, the rules and the guidelines of acceptable behavior, plus other useful sections.

 


 

Note

Click on the “Update” button and re-logged in to get the effect as per your applied preference.

  • Consent Issued Date
  • Consent Expiry Date
  • Record Audit Trail Information
  • Candidate Access to the system
