Step-by-Step: Optimise Interview Feedback

1. Enter Feedback

Before launching the optimiser, make sure you’ve entered your feedback in the editor.

2. Launch the AI Optimiser

Click the AI Optimiser button. A dialog will open showing:

• A Prompt area (optional to edit)

• An Optimised Feedback section

3. Edit the Prompt (Optional) 

• Click Edit Prompt to reveal the text area where the AI instruction is displayed.

• Modify the prompt if needed.

• Click Generate to reprocess your feedback with the new prompt.

  • A modal dialog will prevent repeated clicks while the new version is generating.

• After editing, the link will become Hide Prompt so you can toggle the text area.

4. Review and Apply

• Review the enhanced feedback shown in the Optimised Feedback area.

• Click Insert to replace your draft with the improved version and close the dialog.

• Want another version? Click Regenerate to try again.
