In their day-to-day recruitment process, recruiters deal with many candidates. Remembering some candidate's specific points for a long time may be challenging. If more than one recruiter is involved, they must also share these important points with other recruiters who may work with the same candidate.

The system's note-sharing feature is designed d for faster collaboration. It allows you to create, save, view, and share notes, promoting a sense of teamwork among recruiters. This feature can be used in multiple places, enhancing access and navigation.

Add Notes

Step 1: Click on the Notes icon on the Candidates screen List View/Grid View to open the Add Note window. 

 

You can also add Notes for the Candidate from within their Profile view as well. 

 

 

Step 2: Select the type of notes from the dropdown that helps classify them quickly based on the selected category. By default, "General" will be chosen. 

 

You can customize and create your Note Type in the system by clicking the + icon beside the 'Note Type' field.

 

After clicking on the '+' icon, you can see a screen where you can add new users per your requirements.

 

After clicking on the Add new user button, a pop-up of Add Catalogue will appear where you need to add a new user label and value. Click on the save button to save it.

 

You can also edit and delete users. To edit, click on the pencil icon; to remove, click on the X icon.

 

Note: After adding a custom Note Type, click the refresh icon to see the latest option in the dropdown.
