An activity stream is a list of recent activities performed by the users within the system. It helps the user to see all the past communication done by their colleagues so you can drive further communication accordingly.

In the system, you can see the activity stream of the Candidate in the candidate view dialogue window.

Click on the name of the Candidate and click on the Activity tab.

In the Activity tab, you find all different types of activity which are listed based on occurrence i.e. recent activity will be listed on top. It is possible to track and group the number of activities performed under the provided seven categories.

To see the specific activity stream under the category, remove all the checked categories and mark only one specific category and you will get a categorized activity list. These include, 

1. Notes: Notes created for the Candidate are listed under this category.

3. Email:  Log of Email communication including sent and received emails with the Candidate will be listed under this category. You will need to sync your email with the system to keep a track of all email communication.

5. Task: The to-do list created and managed, can be tracked here.

7. Call History: Summary and remarks of the telephonic conversation with the Candidate will store in this category.

9. Text Message: Text messages sent to the Candidate as well as reverted by Candidates will be listed under this category.

11. Interviews: Scheduled Interviews for the respective Candidate for the Jobs will be listed under this category.

13. System Log: Performed activity log inside the system will be available under this category
