This feature provides a system-generated list of the most suitable jobs for a candidate based on their profile and job requirements. It also shows the percentage of matching that will make it more convenient to prioritize the assignment of a candidate to a more relevant job.
Visit the Candidate module and click on the name of the Candidate to open their profile and click on the “Matching Job” tab. You will get a list of suitable jobs for the candidate.
The system will suggest the matching job based on the following field value of the candidate
The candidate details will be compared with the job description. If the above field's values match while comparing the candidate profile and the job description, the job name will appear in the result.
The details of percentage calculations are given below for in-depth understanding.
The designation should exactly match the 'Job Title' of the job.
The designation has 20 points for matching.
The location matches the 'Location' of the job.
The location has 10 points for matching.
Experience has 10 points for matching.
If the candidate's experience is between the minimum and maximum experience of the job then get 10 points for matching.
If the candidate's experience meets the minimum or maximum experience criteria of the job then get 5 points for matching.
Skills have 50 points for matching.
If you have 10 skills for matching and a job has only 5 skills then get 25 points.
If you have 10 skills for matching and a job has all the 10 skills then get 50 points.
The qualification has 10 points for matching.
If you have 2 Qualifications for matching and the job has only 1 Qualification then get 5 points.
If you have 2 Qualifications for matching and the job has all the qualifications then get 10 points.
You may assign the candidate to the most matching per cent Job from here itself by clicking on the icon available after percentage followed by confirmation.
*Note: It will display the Jobs if the overall matching percentage is greater than 50 and once the Candidate is assigned to the job, the job will not be considered in the subsequent result.
