Apply to Jobs

The candidate self-service portal can allow your candidates to do the registration on your website on their own. So you don’t need to send them the emails about the updates on their applications.


Step 1

Ask your candidates to go to your website and click on the “Candidate Registration” button on your website.





Step 2

Here they can do the self-registration with their email address and password.





Step 3

Now they will be able to see the dashboard. Here they can see their applications and the upcoming interviews for those jobs.





Apply To Jobs

Your candidates can see all the open jobs in your system and they can also apply for those jobs from the self-service portal itself. They can use the action button beside the job name.





They can see the job description of your jobs. This job layout can be customizable. You can change the image and look & feel also. You will also get your company logo on the left-hand side top. Your candidates get various options to apply. Like, “Apply with LinkedIn”, “Apply with Twitter” & “Apply for this job”.





They can use any of the options. Let’s say they are clicking on the first option - “Apply for this job”. They can see a job application form and ask for some basic information to fill and attach their CV with the form. 



If you want to ask some questions regarding this job, they need to answer them in the application form. You can also put some terms & conditions for them to agree. If they click on the “Apply” button. You will get those CVs directly into the system assigned to the jobs and with the status “Applied”.





Note: You can customize the candidate self-service portal according to your needs. You can also change the look n feel according to your website.
