You can give your Candidates a great experience through the Candidate Self-Service Portal, where they can view all your Jobs and Apply to them as well. They can also track all the applications and receive updates for them.

You can request the Candidate Self-Service Portal from the dashboard in the system. Simply click on Try Now on the Get Started with iSmartRecruit widget.

Once you click on the Try Now, it will redirect you to the Candidate Self Service Portal page in the system, and click on Setup Self Service Portal.

Once your Candidate Self-Service Portal has been set up, click on Access Self-Service Portal.

Once you have set up the Candidate Self Service Portal, Candidates can register by clicking on the Create one for Free! button.

Once they have registered, they can log in with the credentials that they have created.

Once the candidate logs in they will see the Dashboard where they can see a summary of their applications, the upcoming interviews that have been scheduled, and their GDPR status.

There are many different tabs available in the portal where candidates can search for their Jobs, Track their Applications, give or Update their GDPR status and update their Profile as well.  

Search Job 

Candidates can search for open Jobs that are relevant to them.

My Application

Candidates can see those Jobs which they have applied for along with the latest update 

GDPR Status

Candidates can give or update their GDPR status

Profile

Candidates can manage and keep their profiles updated
