Announcement from Indeed

In March 2024, Indeed announced a significant policy change regarding job postings from ATS to Indeed platforms. Previously, Indeed published job listings from both recruitment agencies and direct employers (corporate). However, they have now decided to only publish job postings from direct employers (corporate), excluding agency jobs. The only exception to this new policy is in Japan, where both agency and direct employer jobs will still be processed.

Recruitment agencies wishing to promote their job listings will now need to use the sponsored jobs option.

This change affects all ATS partners, not just iSmartRecruit, who previously posted free jobs on the Indeed platform. If your job postings stop appearing on Indeed, you can try the alternate approach below to resume your job postings on Indeed.

Alternate Approach to Integration

We have identified an alternative solution: manual integration with Indeed. You can contact the Indeed team to request the integration of jobs created in iSmartRecruit. This is a one-time setup, after which all your jobs will be treated as free job postings on Indeed.
