Most Candidates search for Jobs on different Job portals and recruiters can fetch those Candidates into the system by advertising the Jobs on various Job boards.
iSmartRecruit is integrated with various free Job boards. Through these Job boards, Candidates can apply for any open position and they will be redirected to the Job Description page when they apply for the Job by looking at the Job advertisement. These applicants will directly reach in iSmartRecruit as Candidates.
To activate your choice of Free Job boards, you can go to the Administration section in your iSmart account.
Under the Integration tab, you will be able to see the entire Job boards list, which is integrated with the platform.
Select and turn the Flag ON (Green) on the Job Boards where you wish to advertise all your active jobs.
*Note: The Jobs will be posted within 24 - 48 hours on the Job Boards after the Job is created and you would be able to see the Candidates who are applying for the Job under the TStaus 'Applied'.
** To ensure that all your Jobs get successfully advertised on your selected Job Boards, refer to the Mandatory requirements of Job Details for each Job Board. Request for this list from the support team at [email protected]
Integrate your Company's LinkedIn page to advertise your Open jobs directly to your LinkedIn account. Just add your company's LinkedIn Id to iSmartRecruit to integrate your official LinkedIn Page.
Enable the Indeed platform to advertise your open jobs on Indeed's free space through the free Job boards list. In case you have a paid account with Indeed, copy the list view link and share it with your Indeed relationship manager to advertise your open job on the Indeed platform.
*Note: For the US, Canada and Greater Britain region, the Indeed Job board only supports Sponsored Jobs. If you have a paid account with Indeed and are operating in these regions, you can request your Indeed Relationship Manager to Index your Jobs. Please refer to the Indeed Indexing Article for more information.

To advertise jobs on the CV-Library platform, you can integrate your CV-Library account with the system by adding your account details in the required fields, This integration would ensure that all your open jobs are automatically advertised on CV-Library.
