iSmartRecruit is a partner of LinkedIn, which allows us to post your jobs on LinkedIn for free. Your jobs will have organic visibility and will automatically be displayed on your LinkedIn Company Page.

Get your LinkedIn company ID

To get your LinkedIn Company ID, you need to open your LinkedIn company page and pull the digits after https://www.linkedin.com/company/ from your LinkedIn company profile URL.

The LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 5 to 9 digits long, that is unique to your company.

In case there are no digits and instead a string of text after https://www.linkedin.com/company/

You can find this Company ID in the URL of the search results page when you click on your LinkedIn Company page.

The LinkedIn Company ID helps you associate your job post(s) with the correct LinkedIn Page.

Copy your LinkedIn Company ID and paste it into your iSmartRecruit system. 

Log in to iSmartRecruit and go to the Admin Module and the Integration tab. After that open Job Boards.

Navigation Link: https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobBoards 

Paste the Company ID that you copied under LinkedIn Company ID and click on Update.

Once you have updated the LinkedIn Company ID, your jobs will show up on your LinkedIn Company Page as jobs and candidates can easily apply to them. 

Note: After you update your LinkedIn Company ID, your jobs should show up on LinkedIn and be connected to the company’s LinkedIn page within two business days. Any updates you make to your Job postings within iSmartRecruit will be reflected on LinkedIn within 24 hours.
