The recruiter has to deal with many Clients in their day to the day recruitment process. It may be difficult to keep in mind to communicate with specific Clients on call for one or another reason. The habit of setting such Call Reminders will help the recruiter to make the process on time and smooth. 

In the system, you can set Call Reminders for the Client. To set the Call Reminders for Clients there are a couple of distinct ways available. One from the Clients Screen and another is the Calender.

 

Add Call Reminder (Client Specific)

Click on the Client option on the left side menu and the Clients Screen will be displayed.

Click on the Call icon to set-up the Call Reminder of the respective Client. 

 

 

Click on the icon, you will get below screen to set Call Reminder.

 

 

Select the Date and Time to set Call Reminder from date-time picker control and insert a comment into the available text area that helps to recall the purpose of setting Call Reminder.

 

 

Click on the “Save” button to set the Date. Call Reminder will be available on the scheduled day of the Calendar. Once you save the Call Reminder, the Call Reminder icon color will be changed to orange color.

 

 

One the Save Button is clicked, you will get Call Reminder Updated Successfully. 

 

 

Add Call Reminder (In General)

Click on the Calendar icon available on the header section and the Calendar screen will be displayed.

Click on the day and select  “Add Call Reminder”.

 

 

Select the Client option to create a Call reminder if it does not get selected by default.

Start inserting the name of the Client in the textbox and the relevant name of the Client will be listed below. Select the exact name from the list.

Insert the reminder message and select the Date and Time from the date-time picker control.

Click on the “Save” button to set Call Reminder.

 

 

Edit Call Reminder

Click on the respective Call Reminder available on the day and click on the “Update” button to update the Call Reminder detail, if you are not able to contact the Client on Scheduled Date/Time due to any particular reason.

 

 

Remove Call Reminder

Click on the respective Call Reminder available on the day and click on the “Delete” button to delete the Call Reminder on completion of call or as per your need.
