It is always important to track all email communication with your clients, for better client management and experience.

For viewing emails to Clients into the system you need to follow the below steps:

Step 1: You need to click on the Clients, from the left-hand side menu option and you will get redirected to the  ‘Clients’ screen.

Step 2: Open a particular client and click on the Activity tab. 



Step 3: Select the Email option to view all email communication with the client



STep 4: You can also view the contents of the Email, in its detail by clicking on the email icon.
