Send SMS messages directly from the platform by integrating your preferred SMS gateway.

The Bulk Text Message feature in iSmartRecruit allows you to connect with any SMS gateway that supports HTTP-based integration. Once configured, you can send one-on-one or bulk SMS messages directly from the system — ideal for interview reminders, job alerts, or mass candidate communication.
You can set this up from:
Navigation Path:
Go to Admin Settings > Integration > Bulk Text Message
You can integrate any SMS/Text Message Gateway that supports HTTP-based API.
Text Message Integration URL – The API endpoint from your SMS provider.
Success Code (optional) – The success response code returned by the provider upon a successful message send.
Enable Integration - Use the toggle switch at the top of the configuration section to enable or disable SMS integration.
Replace:
authkey
, sender
, and other parameters based on your SMS provider’s documentation.
Ensure HTTPS is used if required by your gateway.
Once the setup is complete:
SMS messages sent from candidate or client and lead profiles will automatically use the configured URL.
Smart tags like candidate name, job title, and interview date can be used in message templates.
Delivery status is tracked based on the success code if configured.
After integration:
Go to any Candidate, Pileline, Client or Lead profile.
Click on the Text Message (SMS) icon under the More actions or from vide dialog.
Use a saved template or compose a new message.
The system will send the message using the SMS gateway you’ve configured.
This is especially useful for:
Interview reminders to multiple shortlisted candidates.
Job alerts to a filtered group of applicants.
Follow-up messages to a batch of inactive profiles.
