Post Jobs to Foundit
Publish job postings from iSmartRecruit to Foundit in just a few clicks — no need to manage multiple platforms.
Auto-Import Candidates
Any candidate who applies via Foundit will be automatically added to your iSmartRecruit system.
Status Syncing
Candidate status updates made in iSmartRecruit are automatically reflected on Foundit, ensuring consistent communication and reducing manual work.
A new Foundit Section has been added under Admin > Integration > Job Boards in iSmartRecruit. Navigation Link: https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobBoards
Here’s how to post a job:
Open the job you wish to publish in iSmartRecruit.
Click the Share button.
Choose Sponsored JobBoard Campaign.
In the “Select Job Board” dropdown, choose Foundit.
Fill in the required job details.
Click Post Job to publish it.
When posting a job to Foundit via iSmartRecruit:
Job Type:
Cannot be changed after posting due to Foundit's system restriction.
This field will be disabled in the form.
Location:
Maximum of 3 locations can be selected.
Industries:
You can choose up to 7 industries.
Roles:
Limit of 4 roles.
Note: Roles are mapped to categories.
You must select a category first, then choose from the available roles in that category.
Job Description:
Must be at least 200 characters in length.
The job appears on Foundit shortly after publishing.
Candidate applications from Foundit are imported automatically into iSmartRecruit.
Any candidate status updates you make are synced with Foundit, helping you keep both systems up to date with no extra work.
