Introduction
Integrating Wandify with iSmartRecruit allows seamless synchronization of candidate information, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. This streamlines the candidate management process, enhances decision-making, and improves overall system functionality.
Follow the steps below to integrate Wandify and update candidates using this integration.

Setting Up the Wandify Integration
Step 1: Access the Integration Tab
- From the left-hand menu, click on the Admin Module.
- Navigate to the Integration tab and select Wandify.

Step 2: Connect Wandify
- The Wandify Connect screen will appear.
- Enter your API Key and click the Update button.
- A notification will confirm the successful connection.

Updating Candidates via Wandify
Once Wandify is connected, you can update candidate information directly from iSmartRecruit.
Step 1: Select Candidates
- From the left-hand menu, go to the Candidates Module.
- Select the candidates you want to update.
- Click More Actions at the bottom of the screen and select Update via Wandify.

Note: You can update up to 20 candidates at a time using this option.
Step 2: Configure Update Options
- A dialog box named Update Via Wandify will appear.
- Choose what information to update by selecting the appropriate checkboxes:
- Contact Information: Updates the candidate’s email ID and mobile number.
- Other Information: Updates the candidate’s location, LinkedIn URL, education, position, skills, and languages with proficiency.

Step 3: Confirm the Update
- After selecting the desired checkboxes, click Yes to proceed.
- The system will update the selected candidates accordingly.
Step 4: Check Credit Availability
- The number of credits you have, must match the number of candidates you want to update.
- For example, if you select 20 candidates but only have 15 credits, the system will prevent the update and prompt you to check your credit limit.

Step 5: Verify the Update
- To confirm that the candidates were updated, open a specific candidate’s profile.
- Go to the Activity Tab in the Candidate View dialog box to view the work log entry for the update.
