While assessing candidates at the primary levels, many times we try to conduct evaluation tests or interviews at the mass level. You can schedule Mass Iterviews from the system, in such a scenario. Evaluate multiple Candidates and schedule a Mass Interview/ walk-in Interview, schedule it in iSmartRecruit and get notified. 

Follow the below steps in your system to schedule Mass Interviews with Candidates. 

Step 1: Click on the Jobs module from the left-hand side vertical bar and open the required job. 

Navigation Link: https://app.ismartrecruit.com/openJob 

Step 2: Open the Candidate tab and multi-select the required candidates with whom you wish to schedule the interview. 

Step 3: Click on the More Actions button at the bottom and select Mass Interview. 

Step 4: A pop-up dialogue box will appear to add interview details like the Interview type, date and time of the interview, choose to send an email to candidates and schedule the Interview. 

All chosen Candidates will receive all interview-related information plus an option to choose to confirm or reject the scheduled interview.
