Job Task

One of the most important reasons for keeping a task list is the organization. Organizing your tasks with a list can make everything much more manageable and make you feel grounded. Seeing a clear outline of your completed and uncompleted tasks will help you feel organized and stay focused.

Follow the below-given steps to allocate the task for your Job:

Step 1
Click on Jobs from the left-hand side menu options and you will get redirected to the ‘Active Job’ screen.

Step 2
Click on the Job title for which job, you want to allocate the task to your team members and you can see the Task Tab in the View Dialog Box.




Step 3
Write the Task on the text area named as  ‘Task Name’ and click on ‘Save’ button




Step 4 

Once you have created the Task you get the Edit Pencil Icon to assign the Task to your teammates or recruiters.




Step 5 

You can view all the Tasks on the same screen





Note: All the Tasks assigned to you can be directly viewed in the ‘Calendar’ of the system. 


Edit Task

To edit a task, click on the edit icon available with the respective created task.
If you want to postpone the task for one week, click on the “Push Task One Week” button.





Start inserting the name of the candidate in the textbox and the relevant name of the candidate will be listed below. Select the exact name from the list.


Remove Task

To remove tasks, click on the editṣ icon available with respective created tasks and click on the “Delete” button to remove tasks on completion or cancellation.




Tracking of Tasks

As a task is a very important aspect, you can track it very well on the dashboard. We have “Overdue Tasks” and “Upcoming Tasks” widgets available on the dashboard.
