Create tasks for your team to have better control over the work process.

One of the most important reasons for keeping a task list is organisation. Organising your tasks with a list can make everything much more manageable. A clear outline of your completed and uncompleted tasks will help you stay organised and focused.
Follow the steps below to allocate the task for your job.
Step 1: Click on Jobs from the left-hand menu options, and you will be redirected to the "Active Job" screen.

Step 2: Click on the Job title for which you want to allocate the task to your team members. The Task Tab will appear in the Job View Dialog Box.
Step 3: Click on the " + " icon to add a new task.
Step 4: Add the task details. Click the "Save" button to save the task for the job.

To edit a task, click on the task name to open the edit window.
After clicking on the task name, the edit task form will pop up. From there, you can edit your task and update it by clicking the update button at the bottom.
Also, you can perform a specific action in the edit task form. To do so, go to the more actions button at the bottom. From there, you can push your task back one week if it will take longer to finish.
Otherwise, if your task is completed, you can mark it as completed.
Click the "Push Task One Week" button to postpone the task for one week.
To remove Tasks, click on the "X" icon for the task to delete it.

To mark your task as completed, tick here in the check box.
If a task is essential, you can track it very well on the dashboard. "Overdue Tasks" and "Upcoming Tasks" are available on the dashboard.
