Change the status of Leads according to your workflow.

You can change the status of a lead when there is progress in Leads at each stage. This will also help to understand the exact progress of the Lead and even you can track the lead stages-wise into the system.
To change the status of the Lead, follow the below-given steps.
Step 1: Click on the "Leads" module from the left-hand side menu option and you will get redirected to the "Manage Lead" Screen.

Step 2: Click on the current status of the Lead to make it editable and you will get the list of the status you have for Leads.
Step 3: A drop-down menu will pop up which contains a list of statuses. Select the Status as per your requirement
Step 4: You will see the status of the Lead is changed as per your workflow.
You can also update the status for multiple Leads at a time.
Step 1: Select the required leads whose status you wish to change, click on more actions and select the Change Status option.
Step 2: A pop-up window to choose the required status will appear. Select the required status from the top down and click on update to change the status of multiple leads.
