The recruiter has to deal with many Leads on a daily basis. It may be difficult to keep track of all verbal conversations with specific Leads. The habit of keeping conversation history will help the recruiter to make the process synchronized with other recruiters. 

In the system, you can store the conversations with the Lead under the Call History feature. 


Add Call History (Lead Specific)

Click on the ‘Leads’ from the left-hand side menu options and the Leads Screen will be displayed.

Navigation Link:



Click on the name of the Lead and the Lead View Dialogue will appear. and Click on the “Call history” tab.



Click on the “Add” button to add a summary of the call in the Call History. 



Add contact person details and remarks to record important conversation points that may help for further reference. And click on the “Save” button to store the conversation.



Create Call History (In General)

Click on the plus icon available in the header section and select the “Add Call History '' option from the menu.

The “Add Call History” screen will appear where you can all details regarding whose call summary is getting  recorded (Candidate, Client or Lead) and record the summary of the call. 



Edit Call History

Click on the name of the Lead and select the “Call History” tab. Click on the pencil icon to modify the detail. 



Remove Call History

Click on the X icon to delete the call history.
