You can save and manage files in the system. These files could be of any type, such as a Contract file or business Agreement.
You can also set a document's expiry date and receive an email and a system notification on the requested date for all expiring documents.
You can manage Lead-related files in the Leads module.

To view the Files section, click on the Lead name from the Lead screen and click on the “Files” tab. After Clicking on the Files tab you can see all the files available there.
Step 1: To Add a file Click on the + icon to add a new File.
Step 2: After clicking on the + icon, in the Add file form, you can fill in all the required information and click on the Save button to save the file in the system.
1. File name
2. Type of file
3. The expiry date for the file
4. Expiry notification: set a date for when you wish to receive the expiry notification.
5. Other Information: additional information that you might want to record related to the file.
6. File upload: upload the document to save the file in the system.
To edit the file details, click on the pencil icon available with the respective added File.
After clicking on the pencil icon that is for editing the particular form will pop up an edit note. You have to make changes/updates based on your requirements and then update the file while clicking on the update button.
To delete a file from within the system, click on the X icon available with the respective added File.
To download a file, click on the download icon available with the respective added File.
