The user may be required to deal with many Leads in their day-to-day recruitment process. It may become difficult to keep some Lead’s specific points in mind for a long time. The habit of taking notes gives you the opportunity to highlight key points and details that might otherwise slip your mind.

In the system, you may generate, store, view, and share notes. To create the notes for Leads there are many options available to make it accessible for you at the required places but all the places are highly integrated to see updated notes. Leads Screen is the main place to add notes specific to your prospect clients.

Add Notes

Step 1: Click on the Notes icon available on the Leads screen List View/Grid View

Step 2: Enter the Note details as per your preference in the available text area.

 

 

Step 3: Select the Contact person from the drop-down, if you want to record the note for a particular Contact person. 

 

 

Step 4: Click on the “Save” button to save notes

 

 

View Notes

To read the notes, you can hover the mouse pointer on the highlighted note icon in the Grid View and the List view. You can also view the notes within the Leads information on opening a particular Lead.

You can view notes in the Lead view dialogue box, by hovering over the green Notes icon on the top. 

 

 

Edit Notes

If the note is added for the Lead, you can see the notes icon in orange colour. Click on the Lead Name and see the Notes section in the right-side panel. On mouse hover, you can see a pencil icon. Click on the Pencil icon of the respective note to edit.

 

 

Remove Notes

If the note is added for the Lead, you can see the notes icon in orange colour. Click on the Lead Name and see the Notes section in the right-side panel. On mouse hover, you can see a Delete icon. Click on the Delete icon of the respective note to remove it.
