Your Sales team can make use of our Leads Module to track the progress of each Lead they interact with to convert them to your Clients. You can track the Leads at various stages so that you can plan the strategies accordingly and can manage your sales process easily.

Track Leads Statuses through the below workflow. 

Step 1: From the left-hand side menu options click on Leads and go to the Leads screen.

Step 2: Click on the + icon to Add new Leads. 



Step 3: Update the status of the Lead, as they progress in the discussion. Select the appropriate status and assign leads as per their stage in the Sales workflow.



View & Filter Leads

You can see the Leads according to their categories by clicking on the respective Head Stage on the Horizontal Sales pipeline displayed on the top, for better business insights and future planning.



Advanced Search within Leads

You can also filter leads on various parameters for an organised approach to managing your sales pipeline, under Advanced Search. 

Filter based on, 

  • Created date From 
  • Created date To
  • Notes 
  • Industry Type 
  • Current Status 
  • Historical Status

Customize Sales Workflow 

If you wish to add your own list of statuses to assign to the leads, you can customize the Sales workflow in the Admin section, under Customization Tab.
