You can take the signature of a candidate online (eSignature) for getting the documents signed by the Candidates without going to any geographical locations.

You can create your Eversign account using the following link.

To Integrate Eversign account with iSmartRecruit, please refer to the steps mentioned in the link: https://help.ismartrecruit.com/integration-with-ismartrecruit/electronic-signature-eversign 

After Integrating Eversign with iSmartRecruit, create templates in Eversign. 

 

Create documents with the same Template Name in iSmartRecruit and Choose the option of Eversign

 

 

 

To send these documents using Eversign to your Candidates, Initiate Onboarding and follow the steps of Onbaoding and adding documents as normal. (https://help.ismartrecruit.com/onboarding/initiate-onboarding-process

On clicking the Send Request button, Eversign would directly send an email to Candidates with documents that need an electronic signature. 

You will also be able to see the status of each document shares with candidates via Eversign. 

 

Note

You need not send a separate request from within iSmartRecruit to your Candidates.
