The following are the different clauses we have in the contract to safeguard the data of the customer.
Point 4: Ownership
"Intellectual property rights of iSmartRecruit remain with LICENSOR only. The rights of data Licensee created in the application remains with the Licensee."
Point 7: Termination
"Licensee Data is Licensee's property and will not be shared with anyone by the Licensor."
Point 20: Confidentiality
"The data contained herein shall not be disclosed, duplicated, and used in whole or in part for any purpose other than to improve the product."
Response SLA: 30 minutes [during Support hours i.e. 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST], Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
Resolution SLA: Depending on the nature of the request.
Server uptime: 99%
All data is transferred on HTTP protocol in an encrypted format (SSL certificate).
Encrypted storage of sensitive information like passwords etc.
Used strong security frameworks which restrict the user from having unauthorized access to the application.
