Accessing the Revenue Module

  1. From the left-hand menu, click on Revenue.

  2. The Revenue screen will appear, showing two types of revenue:
    • Projected Revenue — Estimates future earnings based on open and filled positions.
    • Actual Revenue — Tracks the revenue earned once positions are filled and clients are billed.

Understanding Projected Revenue

Projected Revenue is used to forecast the income your agency expects by achieving certain recruitment targets. This estimate is influenced by:

  • The number of open job positions.
  • The number of successfully closed positions.

On the Projected Revenue screen, you’ll find:

  • Total Projected Revenue — The total expected revenue based on active job vacancies.
  • Total Placements — The number of positions that have been successfully filled.
  • Job Details — Information such as job name, client name, and projected revenue amount.

Projected Revenue helps agencies align their recruitment strategies with financial goals and plan for future income.

Understanding Actual Revenue

Actual Revenue tracks the confirmed earnings generated after successfully closing job positions and delivering candidates to clients. Some agencies also use this to track compensation distribution among team members who contributed to fulfilling the recruitment targets.
