Set up a call reminder for Vendors so you never miss the call.

It may be difficult to keep in mind to communicate with a specific vendor on call for one or another reason. The habit of setting such Call Reminders will help you to make the process on time and smooth process. In the system, you can easily set Call Reminders for the Vendor.
Step 1: To open the Vendors screen, click on the three Dots from the left-hand side menu option and you will get redirected to the Vendor Screen.

Step 2: You can see all the Vendors on the Vendor screen and now Click on the Call Icon to set up the Call Reminder of the respective Vendor.
Step 3: Select the Date and Time to set a Call Reminder and mention a comment that helps to recall the purpose of setting a Call Reminder.
Step 4: Click on the “Save” button to set the date.
Step 5: Once the Save Button is clicked, you will get a Call Reminder Updated Successfully.
You can get the Call Reminder Icon in Green Color beside that particular Vendor and by hovering your cursor on the Call Icon, you can see the Msg and Date & Time to set Call Reminder.
You can also view the Call Reminder set for Vendor on the Dashboard, Call Reminder Widget.
Click on the respective Call Reminder available on the day and click on the “Update” button to update the Call Reminder detail, if you are not able to contact the Vendor on Scheduled Date/Time due to any particular reason.
Click on the respective Call Reminder available on the day and click on the “Delete” button to Delete the Call Reminder on completion of the Call or as per your need.
