The AI Generator is an intelligent assistant that helps you create and refine email templates. Whether you're starting from scratch or improving an existing message, the AI Generator ensures your content is clear, professional, and ready to send — in HTML format and with tags intact.

Step-by-Step: Generate a New Email Template

1. Fill in Required Fields

Before clicking AI Generator, make sure you’ve filled:

  • Template Name

  • Subject Line


2. Launch the AI Generator Dialog

Click the AI Generator button to open the dialog. You’ll see:

  • Prompt section (editable)

  • Subject Line textbox

  • Text Editor for the generated email content


3. Edit the Prompt (Optional)
  • Click Edit Prompt to modify the AI instruction.

  • The “Edit Prompt” link will turn into Hide Prompt so you can hide it again.

  • Click Generate to create a new version of the subject line and email body.


4. Review and Insert
  • Review the generated subject and email body in their respective fields.

  • Click Insert to apply them to your template editor and close the dialog.

  • Want to try another version? Click Regenerate for a new draft.
