The AI Email Optimiser helps you refine your email body to make it more professional and polished. Whether you're replying to a candidate or reaching out to a client, this tool enhances the clarity and tone of your email — while keeping the meaning exactly the same.

Where to Find It

You’ll now see the AI Optimiser option in two places:

• Send Email dialog in the whole system

• Send Email to Client in inprocess candidate and job view dialog scren.

Step-by-Step: Optimise an Email Body

1. Enter Your Email

Make sure you've written the email body you want to optimise.

2. Click the AI Optimiser Button

• A dialog will open with:

  • The default AI prompt (editable if needed)

  • An Optimised Email Body section

  • Buttons: Close, Regenerate, Insert

3. Edit the Prompt (Optional)

• Click Edit Prompt if you want to customize the instruction.
  

• After editing, click Generate to create the optimised version.

• The link will turn into Hide Prompt so you can toggle the view.
  

4. Review and Insert

• The AI-generated version will appear in the Optimised Email Body section.

• Click Insert to replace your original text with the improved version.

• Click Regenerate if you'd like to try a different variation
