The AI Generator helps recruiters write or improve candidate Executive summaries (also known as profile summaries). Whether you're starting from scratch or refining a draft, this tool uses resume data, job descriptions, interview feedback, and more to produce a polished, recruiter-friendly summary — ready to share with hiring managers.

Where to Find It

You’ll find the AI Generator button in:

  • Job dialog > Candidate tab > 3 dots > Add Executive Summary

  • Candidate dialog > Job tab > 3 dots > Add Executive Summary

Step-by-Step: Generate or Optimise a Executive Summary

1. Open the AI Generator

Click the AI Generator button. A dialog will appear with:

  • Prompt section (editable if needed)

  • Executive Summary text editor

  • Buttons: CloseRegenerateInsert


2. Choose the Right Approach
  • If you’ve already written a summary:
    The AI will optimize your draft for grammar, clarity, tone, and structure.

  • If no summary is entered yet:
    The AI will generate a new Executive summary using data from:

    • Resume details

    • Job description

    • Job and candidate skills

    • Recruiter notes

    • Interview feedback and scorecard


3. Edit the Prompt (Optional)
  • Click Edit Prompt to view or change the instructions guiding the AI.

  • When editing is complete, click Generate to proceed.

  • The link changes to Hide Prompt to toggle the prompt editor visibility.


4. Review and Insert
  • The generated or optimized profile summary will appear in the text editor.

  • Click Insert to apply it to the candidate profile and close the dialog.

  • Click Regenerate if you want to try another version.
