How to access 'Apply Filter'

  1. Go to Candidate module from the left side menu.
  2. Click on 'Apply Filter'

 


Available Filter Options:

You can filter candidates based on the following criteria:

  1. Jobs – Filter candidates linked to specific job postings.

  2. Status – Search by candidate status (e.g., new, in-process, hired).

  3. Owner – Narrow down by the owner or recruiter assigned to the candidate.

  4. Score – Sort by candidate evaluation or matching scores.

  5. Tags – Use custom tags for easier segmentation.

  6. Talent Pools – Filter candidates based on talent pool membership.

  7. Sources – Identify candidates by how they entered your system (e.g., job board, referral).

  8. Screening Questions – Filter based on responses to predefined questions.

 


How to Apply Filters:

  1. Go to the Quick Search Page.

  2. Use the relevant fields to select your filter criteria.

  3. Click Search.


  4. The candidate list will automatically update based on the filters applied.
