Creating WhatsApp Message Templates

1. Go to your Personal Settings.
   
   
2. Navigate to the Templates section.
   
   
   
3. Click on the option to create a WhatsApp Message Template.
   
   
   
4. In your template, you can use dynamic tags to personalize each message:
   • #CANDIDATE_NAME# — Automatically inserts the candidate's name.
   • #LEAD_NAME# — Automatically inserts the lead's name.
   • #CLIENT_NAME# — Automatically inserts the client’s name.
   • #CONTACT_NAME# — Automatically inserts the client’s or lead's contact name
     
     
5. Save your template once completed.
   
   
   

Adding the WhatsApp Icon

To make sending messages faster, iSmartRecruit displays a WhatsApp icon next to mobile numbers in the following sections:

• Candidate Search (List & Grid View)
  
  
  
• Candidate Dialogue
  
  
  
• Client Dialog (Contacts Section)
  
  
  
• Lead Dialog (Contacts Section)
  
  
  

Sending WhatsApp Messages

1. Click on the WhatsApp Icon next to the contact’s mobile number.
   
   
   
2. A dialog box titled Send WhatsApp Message will appear.
   
   
3. You’ll see the following options:
   
   • Select Template: Choose a WhatsApp message template from the dropdown menu.
   • Message: A mandatory text area where you can type or edit your message.
     
     
4. Click the Send Message button.
   
   
   

Upon clicking, the WhatsApp application will launch with the recipient's number auto-selected and the message pre-filled. Simply press Send in WhatsApp to deliver your message.
