The AI Generator for questionnaires helps you build a custom set of screening questions by analyzing your job description. It saves time and ensures you get high-quality, relevant questions across multiple types — ready to use with just a few clicks. from various question types like email, free text, rating, multiple choice, and yes/no—making it easier to identify top candidates efficiently.
On the Job Screen, click the “+” (plus sign) icon next to the Questionnaire section.
This opens the Questionnaire Screen and launches the New Questionnaire Dialog by default.

In the New Questionnaire Dialog, choose:
Generate with AI
Generate Manually
Click Generate with AI to use the AI-based workflow.
You’ll see a Job Description Editor where you must enter the job details.
The editor will be auto-filled using the following job fields:
Job Title
Job Type
Years of Experience
Tags (Skills)
Job Description
Use the dropdown labeled “No. of Questions” to select between 5 and 15 questions.
Default value is 7.
This field is mandatory to proceed.
Click Generate to prompt the AI to create your questions.
You can add, remove, or edit the generated screening questions.
Once finalized, click Save to create the new questionnaire.
You will need to return to the Add Job screen. After that, click the Refresh button next to Job Application Questions to load the updated list of questionnaires. You can then select the newly created questionnaire to use for screening candidates.
Make sure your job description is detailed and specific — include all critical info about the role.
Try experimenting with different values for No. of Questions to get broader or more focused results.
Use the Edit Prompt option if you want more control over the tone or content of the questions.
