You are working on different Job requirements provided by your Clients. For that Jobs you are going to search the best-fit Candidate for the Jobs and you get the list of Candidate's, which are right fit for the Job you want to assign.

For assigning the Candidates to the Job you need to follow the below steps

Step 1

Click on “Candidates” from the left-hand side menu option and you will get redirected to the Candidate's screen.

Step 2

Select the Candidates you want to assign to the Job and click on the ‘Assign Job’ button, which is on the bottom of the screen. 

 

 

Step 3

A pop-up will appear which contains the list of Jobs. Select the Jobs to which you want to assign the Candidates.

 

 

Step 4

Now click on the Assign Job button. The selected Candidates will be assigned to the job


 

Or

You can open a Candidate View Dialog box, by clicking on to the Candidate name from the Candidate Screen. 

 

 

On the right-hand side you will get an option of Assign Job, you need to click on it and a list of Job will appear. Select the Job which is the right fit for the Candidates and click on ‘Assign’ button. 

 

 

Or 

You can also assign the Candidates to the Job from the Job View Dialog Box. For that you need to click on to the Job Title from the Active Job screen. 

 

 

When you click on any Job Title, on the right-hand side there is a ‘Drop Resume’ box, where you can drag and drop the Candidate resume in it and assign the Candidate to the Job.

 

 

View Assigned Candidate

Once you assign the Candidates to the Job you can see the Candidate assigned to the Job in the Active Job Screen. 

You need to go to the ‘Jobs’ from the left-hand side menu options and you will get redirected to the ‘Active Job’ screen, where you find the count of the Candidates which are Active in the Job. 

 

 

Or 

You can go to the ‘Pipeline’ from the left-hand side menu option and you can see all the Candidates assigned to different Jobs.

  3. Outlook/Gmail Add-in
