Look at all the historic activities performed for a particular Job

An activity stream is a list of recent activities performed by the users within the system. It helps the user to see all the past communication done by their colleagues, so they can drive further communication accordingly.
When a new user is assigned a job, they can simply go through the Activity stream to check out all the updated notes, tasks, and actions performed for a particular Job. They can also view by whom the activity was done along with the date and the time.
Follow the below given steps:
Step 1: Go to the "Jobs" Module from the left-hand side of the menu.

Step 2: Open any Individual job and the Job view dialogue box will open. The Navigate towards the Activity Tab.
In the Activity tab, you find all different types of activities which are listed based on occurrence i.e. recent activity will be listed on top. You can track and group the number of activities performed under the provided categories.
To see the specific activity stream under the category, remove all the checked categories, and mark only one specific category and you will get a categorized activity list.
Notes
All the notes preserved for internal communication will be stored in this category.
Task
Performed and To-do tasks will be listed under this category.
System Log
All the activities performed for the job such as the notes and tasks added, interviews scheduled, candidates assigned, candidate or job status updated, etc will be listed under this category.
