You can integrate your email account with the system and start sending emails to candidates from the system. iSmartRecruit supports two-way email integration to reduce navigating between two systems for email communications with the required people.

Send Email to Candidates

To perform email communication, you need to click on the Candidates module from the left-hand side menu option. 

Navigation Link:



There are two ways through which you can send individual emails to candidates.

Option 1: Select the candidate to whom you want to send an email and click on the 'More Actions' icon and choose the “Send Email” button available in the list. 



Option 2: You can also send emails to candidates from inside their profile view. Click on the individual candidate name from the candidate module and click on the 'Email' button on the top bar. 



Both options mentioned above would lead you to compose an email. Send email dialogue box will appear, where you can add all email details, and click on the 'Send' button to send the email to candidates. 



You can choose to use a pre-created email template while sending the email as well.

You can also add an attachment document if required to share with the candidate via email.



Add Profile Update Link and Unsubscribe link to all your emails

You can customize the setting to add the Profile Update link and the Email Unsubscribe link to all emails that you send out vias the system, by default. 

You can manage this in the System Configuration of your Admin section. 

Navigation Link: 

Visit the Tweak Setting options and turn the toggle ON for the below questions to add links to all emails. 

  • Do you want to send an unsubscribe email link while sending an email to the candidate? 

  • Do you want to add a link in the email to Update your Profile while sending an email to the candidate?
